Winter is the very best time for Norwegian seafood, especially for shellfish. With items like lobster, langoustine, and mussels on the menu, you are guaranteed one of the finest taste experiences of the year.

As the sea temperature drops, the algae in the water disappear, creating better living conditions for shellfish. The saying "fast i fisken" (directly translated: stuck in the fish) is indeed accurate here. We celebrate this season by repeating the success we have had before with a shellfish feast.

We set up the foyer stage and welcome you to a grand dinner with irresistible flavors from the sea in its prime season. We serve lobster, langoustine, shrimp, crab, and mussels, accompanied by delicious bread, freshly whipped mayonnaise and aioli, and salads.

Included in the price is 1 glass of champagne and 2 glasses of white wine, or other suitable non-alcoholic beverages.
